Beachtree Villas is located off US 192 in Kissimmee, east of I -4, south of Orlando.

From the I-4 / US 192 (exit 64 A) intersection: Take US 192 east to Poinciana Blvd. Turn right and take Poinciana Blvd
south to Siesta Lago. Turn left and take Siesta Lago east for approx. 1 3/4 miles to Chatham Park (subdivison on the left). Turn left into Chatham Park and go to Chatham Circle. Turn right onto Chatham Circle and you will see Beachtree Villas on your right at 2545 Chatham Circle.To pick up the condominium keys and to receive detailed directions, please go to the Beachtree Villas office. OFFICE HOURS: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Sunday. Please check applicable hours on all
Holidays.

LATE ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:
Should you arrive after office hours, your keys will be located in the LOCK BOX located to the right of the office door. Turn the dial to "0" to begin. Turn the dial to the left two (2) full times past "0" and stop at "25". Turn the dial to the right one (1) whole turn past "25" and stop at "61". Turn the dial to the left and stop at "27". The lock box is now open. Inside will be an envelope with your name containing your villa assignment, directions to your villa along with your keys. Please make sure that you close the door after you have removed your key packet.

**Please note, all guest arriving after hours MUST formally check in at the office the following day. When checking out, leave your keys in the villa unit.
